Processing Instructions
The membership department accepts new member applications Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. and between 3:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. for same day processing. For further information please contact Arleen Grahn at (949) 722-2300.
Please plan to allow approximately 20 minutes for application acceptance, Supra Key info, and new member orientation information.
All applications must be signed by the Broker/Authorized Designee for Brokerage in order for application to be processed.
All applicants are required to bring with them a copy of a valid drivers license and Department of Real Estate License.
Applications will not be accepted prior to effective dates or in advance of payment for membership. Applicants shall submit all necessary membership fees in the form of a check, cash, Visa, or Mastercard at the time of applying for membership.
All dues and fees are non-refundable.
Before You Arrive
The application must be signed by your Broker prior to your arrival at the Association office. Unsigned or incomplete applications will NOT be processed. You should arrive with a complete application signed by your Broker, a copy of your California Real Estate License and Drivers License as well as the necessary fees.
New Member Orientation
Applicants for REALTOR® membership must complete an Orientation program. In accordance with the Bylaws of the Association, attending the Orientation meeting within 90 days of the date of application is mandatory. Failure to attend may cause a denial of membership application or termination of your provisional membership. Orientation is free of charge and is held every other month at the Association office for your convenience.
The National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics training, Fair Housing training and Anti-trust training are completed at the Orientation.
