Membership Processing Instructions:
The membership department accepts new member applications Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. and between 3:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. for same day processing. For further information please contact (949) 722-2300.
Please plan to allow approximately 20 minutes for application acceptance, Supra Key info, and MLS access details.
All applications must be signed by the Broker/Authorized Designee for Brokerage in order for application to be processed.
All applicants are required to bring with them a copy of a valid driver’s license and Department of Real Estate license.
Applications will not be accepted prior to effective dates or in advance of payment for membership. Applicants shall submit all necessary membership fees in the form of a check, cash, Visa, or Mastercard at the time of applying for membership.
All dues and fees are non-refundable.
Before You Arrive
The application must be signed by your Broker prior to your arrival. Unsigned or incomplete applications will NOT be processed. You should arrive with a complete application signed by your Broker, a copy of your California Real Estate license and Driver’s License as well as the necessary fees.
